Easter Egg Sun Catcher – I made a test model for my Girl Scout meeting tonight. I think it’s a go!
On the hunt for something to take to Easter dinner at my grandmother’s AND use up the spare buttermilk I have in the house:
Blueberry Buttermilk Breakfast Cake (cake for breakfast? That’s what Mama’s talking about!)
Buttermilk Chocolate Chip Crumb Cake
I have a half gallon of buttermilk minus two cups and these recipes use 1/2 cup at a time. I’ll be making buttermilk crap for weeks. Or until 4/12/12, which is when it expires and I can throw it out without feeling guilty.
